Our trip home was a BLAST!! We were gone for 11 days with no kid! It was really nice for Jake an I to be able to spend time together and SLEEP IN. It was really good for both of us to get away. BUT it was really hard for mommy to be away that long. We did a lot of fishing while we were there. We stayed at my grandparent's cabin out in the country with a big lake and 500 acres. Jake was in HEAVEN!! He would get up at the crack of dawn to sit in a tree stand and when I would wake up he would be either in my face with a HUGE fish or standing down at the lake fishing.
We really need time away. We were able to spend Thanksgiving with my Dad's family. That was really nice. I haven't spent a holiday with them in 3 years. They were all bummed that Tyler was not able to go with us. We all were. It is always nice to go home and remember all the wonderful memories that we have all made together. I really miss all of them. I want to thank all of them for making our trip so very special to us. We had a wonderful time.

How fun!!! I'm leaving my baby for 9 days soon, and I am dieing and we haven't even left yet!!!! He'll be in good hands, its just... he's my baby!!! Glad you guys had fun!!!!
